The CTN+ Training & Mentorship Program supports a series of regionally led initiatives designed to strengthen Canada's capacity for inclusive, community-engaged clinical trials in HIV and other sexually transmitted and blood-borne infections (STBBIs). Building on the foundation established through CTN+ Regional Teams and scientific Think Tanks, these projects are creating coordinated national platforms that support training and mentorship, knowledge mobilization, and research infrastructure for adaptive and community-informed research. Through investments in capacity strengthening, this program aims to foster collaboration across regions, address local priorities, and enhance Canada's ability to conduct innovative clinical trials that are responsive to the needs of communities. Together, these initiatives contribute to a more connected, sustainable, and equitable clinical trials network.
